Belly fat is women's biggest concern. Everyone has likely looked at their bulging belly at least once and had the whimsical thought, "How great would it be if all this fat went to my breasts?" However, this magical fantasy has now become a reality. The newly introduced "stem cell breast augmentation" is a groundbreaking method that increases breast volume by more than 5 cm in a single procedure.

Dr. Shin Dong-jin, Director of SC301 Clinic, conducted a study on 200 female patients who underwent breast augmentation using adipose-derived stem cells from December 2008 to November 2012. The results showed that chest circumference increased by an average of 5.25 cm two weeks after the procedure and 5.71 cm one month after. A higher content of fibroblast growth factor (FGF-2) contained in the adipose stem cells was associated with a significant correlation to the increase in chest circumference six months after the procedure.

These research results were published in a research paper by the School of Medicine at Shandong University in China. Stem cell breast augmentation is a procedure in which stem cells are isolated from fat harvested from the abdomen, mixed with adipose tissue in a certain ratio, and injected into the breasts to reduce belly fat and increase breast volume, thereby creating a beautiful body line.

The process of harvesting fat cells from the patient's body is similar to the existing autologous fat grafting procedure. The key point of stem cell breast augmentation lies in what follows. Stem cells are separated from the harvested fat, mixed with the fat tissue in a specific ratio, and injected into the breasts to create beautiful lines. While the survival rate of existing procedures is in the 20–30% range, the stem cell method boasts a significantly higher survival rate in the 70% range. Consequently, a touch-up process is unnecessary, and the reliability of the procedure has further increased following the recent publication of a research paper by Dr. Shin Dong-jin, Director of SC301 Clinic.

Director Shin pointed out, “Among the numerous hospitals advertising that they perform stem cell cosmetic procedures, only a small number actually possess extraction equipment,” adding that “they give up on equipment maintenance because the consumables for fully automated stem cell extraction devices are expensive.”

Above all, the decisive factor distinguishing the original procedure from a counterfeit one is the 'number of injected stem cells.' Director Shin Dong-jin stated, "To increase the engraftment rate of stem cell breast augmentation, approximately 5000 million or more adipose-derived adult stem cells must be administered," adding, "The 'cell counting' device allows you to directly verify the number of injected cells." He further added, "Choosing a clinic equipped with this equipment to directly check the number of stem cells injected into the breasts can be an important tip for selecting a hospital."
