As many women desire to increase breast volume more naturally, there is a growing trend of choosing fat grafting over implants, particularly stem cell breast augmentation. Stem cell breast augmentation is gaining attention as the most natural and safe "biocompatible breast surgery" because it overcomes the artificiality of implants and minimizes side effects, such as fat necrosis caused by the low engraftment rate of simple fat grafting.

The medical community has devised stem cell breast augmentation to maximize the survival rate of engrafted fat, while simultaneously implementing space management care to increase the size of the breast pocket and reduce its elasticity, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of fat grafting. As a result, breast fat grafting, centered around stem cell breast augmentation, has been chosen by many medical consumers for over 10 years and has been a long-term hit as a major breast augmentation procedure.

Stem cell breast augmentation is a surgical technique in which adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are extracted and purified along with fat cells during fat grafting, then mixed with the cells and injected.

I have proven through three international papers that injecting stem cells together with adipose-derived stem cells increases the fat engraftment rate by up to seven times, from 10–20% to an average of 70%. A high fat engraftment rate reduces the frequency of fat necrosis accordingly. This means that sufficient fat can be injected into the chest cavity as needed without worrying about necrosis.

The problem of fat cells being absorbed due to the elasticity of the breast pocket can be resolved through space management care that reduces elasticity and increases the size. This allows for the transplantation of a large amount of fat, thereby increasing women's satisfaction with stem cell breast augmentation.

However, even if you receive stem cell breast augmentation and space management care, selecting the right hospital is crucial, as surgical outcomes can vary depending on the medical team's expertise, equipment, and relevant experience. Surgeries performed using unverified procedures or techniques with substandard equipment may result in ineffective outcomes or cause side effects or accidents.
