Stem cell breast augmentation is classified according to the method, site, and equipment used to extract the stem cells.

The engraftment rate of stem cells obtained from blood or bone marrow is less than 40%. On the other hand, if adult stem cells are extracted from fat and injected into the breast, more than 1 million stem cells are extracted, which can increase the engraftment rate to over 70%.
