Korean women are naturally inclined to have narrow rib cages and relatively small breasts. Because fat-derived adult stem cells are extracted and concentrated from pure fat cells, the engraftment rate can be maintained in the 70% range, which is more than double the 10–20% level of simple liposuction.

However, there are numerous cases on the market that merely claim to perform stem cell breast augmentation, when the actual procedures are far from it. For instance, this procedure requires the injection of at least 3000 million to 1 million stem cells, yet the majority of medical institutions fail to meet this standard.
