Volume fading even after touch-ups… 'Stem Cell Breast Augmentation' complements the limitations of fat grafting

Park Mo-ssi (24), a female college student, had breast augmentation surgery using autologous fat grafting during her winter break in December of last year.
I was self-conscious about my naturally small breasts, but I didn't want to get implants.
I chose fat grafting because it is said to be safe.
The goal of the surgery is to be able to wear tight clothes freely this spring while
It was to reveal feminine body lines.

At the time, the hospital said that a single procedure would provide semi-permanent results, but
It is already clearly visible that my heart is sinking.
I don't want to give up the volume I got from the first procedure, and
I am reluctant about implants, but the thought of having to undergo fat grafting at regular intervals like this for the rest of my life is exhausting.
While looking into revision surgery, I learned about 'stem cell breast augmentation,' which has a high engraftment rate, so I scheduled a consultation.

Stem cell breast augmentation is an upgraded version of fat grafting, a surgical procedure utilizing tissue engineering.
Simple autologous fat grafting creates a natural breast line, but the survival rate is only 20 to 30 percent.
The limit was that the volume disappeared not long after the procedure.
Hospitals that perform this procedure generally state that semi-permanent results can be achieved with just a touch-up after the initial treatment.
However, those with experience say that it lasts for a little over six months, or at most a year.

Director Shin Dong-jin of SC301 Clinic
“We retained the principles of autologous fat breast augmentation while addressing limitations such as the low engraftment rate,” they said.
By combining extracted fat with in-body stem cells, the engraftment rate is raised to the 70s.
"Since the amount of transplanted fat lost is minimal, sufficient volume can be achieved with a single surgery," they explained.

He continued, “Stem cell fat grafting involves isolating stem cells from a portion of centrifuged fat, and then
"It involves mixing with fat and transplanting it to the necessary areas," he said.
Since stem cell breast augmentation is not a simple procedure, sufficient equipment is prepared, and
He explained, "You must have surgery at a hospital with extensive clinical experience."

SC301 Clinic was the first private hospital to introduce a cryogenic freezing system (CBS).
It is storing the remaining fat after surgery in a healthy way.
In the second procedure, well-frozen pure fat cells are activated and used.
The hospital is equipped with the latest stem cell extractors such as HuriCell, TGI, and Cha Station.
It extracts and separates stem cells quickly and accurately using fully automated systems.

Director Shin Dong-jin is the first innovator of stem cell breast augmentation.
By developing a breast augmentation method that fully utilizes the effects of stem cell surgery, the survival rate of transplanted fat cells has been raised to over 70%.
In addition, the effectiveness and safety were proven through two papers based on research data from 2007 to 2010.

In 2013, the results of stem cell breast augmentation were analyzed for 200 patients in their 20s to 50s who could be followed up for one year.
It was found that chest circumference increased by an average of about 5 cm regardless of age group.
The woman who underwent the procedure received injections of more than 90cc and up to 260cc of fat cells and stem cells into one side of her breast.

Director Shin stated, “Stem cell breast augmentation retains the principles of autologous fat breast augmentation, but
“We integrate the extracted fat with the body’s stem cells,” they said, adding, “Thanks to this, the engraftment rate is high.”
"He explained, 'Since the amount of transplanted fat lost is minimal, sufficient volume can be achieved with a single surgery.'"
