Romantic autumn knit dress fit, completed with a 'voluminous bust'

Kim (22), a female college student, has a wish to wear a knit dress this autumn. She has always been dissatisfied with her flat chest, having been called by nicknames such as "chopstick" and "telephone pole" since high school. Although she is tall and has a skinny figure, she has a straight body shape with no breasts or hips, so she feels like a scarecrow when she wears clothes. In particular, she cannot bring herself to wear knits because they fit her body and reveal her flat chest. 







Last autumn, I remember wearing a knit sweater with underwear stuffed with excessive padding, but my upper chest looked bare, so I was teased by my friends. I tried gaining weight, getting breast massages at an aesthetic clinic, and trying to shape my figure through yoga, but none of them increased the volume. Eventually, he decided to undergo 'stem cell breast augmentation,' which he had kept as his last resort.

The demand for autologous fat graft breast augmentation is on the rise as people prefer a natural shape that looks like their own breasts rather than an artificial appearance. However, a disadvantage of simply injecting fat is that the engraftment rate is low, at around 20–30%, causing the enlarged breasts to suddenly collapse. Recently, fat grafting using stem cells has emerged as the mainstream trend to address this issue.

Director Shin is the first innovator in Korea to establish stem cell breast augmentation techniques, having already proven a stem cell engraftment rate in the 70% range based on clinical results from 2008–2009 and 2010–2011. Recently, he published a research paper from Shandong University School of Medicine in China stating that the higher the content of fibroblast growth factor (FGF-2) contained in adipose stem cells, the greater the increase in chest circumference six months after the procedure, thereby proving an engraftment rate in the 76% range.


 


 





 


 


However, for people who are so thin that they cannot extract their own fat, stem cell breast augmentation may seem like a pipe dream. "There are countless women who have such thin bodies due to dieting that autologous fat grafting is difficult," said Director Shin. "However, even in such cases, we can create conditions to ensure the procedure proceeds without hindrance by securing the appropriate quantity and quality of fat through pre-procedure care."


 


For example, if the breasts are too small or dry, making it too cramped for injected fat cells and stem cells to engraft, or if the breast tissue consists of hard, dense tissue that makes it difficult for cells to survive, a medical device that creates external negative pressure is used to expand the internal breast space and induce the cells to settle before the procedure. In essence, this creates a sanctuary for the fat cells and stem cells to enter. Typically, this groundwork is conducted using such a negative pressure device 3 to 5 times prior to the procedure, for 30 to 60 minutes each time. Along with this, the volume and quality of the breasts can be improved to be suitable for stem cell breast augmentation through dietary therapy, such as consuming beneficial lipids like Omega-3s, and specially designed exercise regimens. In other words, this is preparatory work to ensure successful engraftment and allow for the extraction of a greater number of fat-derived stem cells. 

During the procedure, a 'fat graft tissue regeneration promoting composition' is injected to increase the fat survival rate. Developed and patented by Director Shin Dong-jin, it encapsulates liquid cell growth promoters such as polydeoxyribinucleotide in microcapsules. The patented ingredients act as a booster to enhance the survival rate by maximizing the diffusion of stem cells and the formation and expansion of blood vessels.
